Ambiguity

I face ambiguity everyday as a coach. I have players who get hurt, get into trouble, and every one that quit. When facing these ambiguities I look to the other coaches and we talk about who will help us most with filling our the spot that we lost. After that we look to our new players strengths and look for how it will better out team. Then we use our new player to do what he does best and that is play the sport. When I face ambiguity I look at it as a learning experience. I use what I have learned and find a way to better myself and the people around me. That is what I do when I face ambiguity.

important creativity.

A. Creativity is important to me because i think that a teacher needs to be creative so that students want to learn and stay enthused in what they are learning. So creativity is important to me because we need creativity as teacher to help students learn.

B. I see creativity in me by the way that I think and go about doing tasks. I look at what i have to use and I use it to the best of my ability. If it what I made dose not work then I think of a different way and try again. My thought process is try and try again.

C. Creativity can be found in the work place if we just look. Anything can be anything. An example would be the lies club. This is a game where you take 3 different items and make us a use for 2 of them and then tell the truth about 1 one. Tell the class and have them decide which is is the truth. It help make your classroom more creative.

forgot about this

Lately I have been playing games on xbox 360.  Some of the game that I have been playing has been "March Madness 07", "Gears of War 2", and I just beat "Fable 2". That game took a while.  While on line i found a game where you are a lord in the country side and you are developing your own village to become a major city in the area.  On your map you can find cities ran by other people and can join forces with them to take over other cities near by.  Graphic are not great.  I was introduced to this game while doing my student teaching
